The Role:

We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and people-smart Product Marketing Manager to help us level up our sales and marketing efforts. We’re a fast-paced startup, and you’ll be expected to operate cross-functionally with high autonomy and excellence. You will report to and be well supported by our VP of Marketing and will work closely with our small marketing team of 4.

You’ll be responsible to lead:

  • Product positioning and messaging: Ensure we have distinct positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with each of our buyer personas
  • Product launches: Bring new features and releases to market with launch plans that capture the attention of our buyers and get adopted by end users.
  • Competitive intelligence: Stay in the know about the competitive landscape and train the rest of the GTM team to understand how to position ourselves
  • Sales enablement: Develop internal and external content so the sales team is prepared for every possible question buyers throw their way
  • Product-related web and content creation: Create content like landing pages, product overviews, blog posts, demo videos, and webinars so our product stands out and resonates with our buyers.
  • End-user engagement: You’ll partner with CS and Product on end-user messaging (email, in-product chat, text, printed materials) that drives product engagement.
  • Cross-functional partnerships: Be the glue that builds strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales

  • You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty building landing pages, emails, decks, or PDFs yourself.
  • You have a high velocity. This isn’t just a strategy role—you’ll ship regularly to our team and the market.
  • You’re comfortable on a small team where we wear many hats, are low-ego, and do what it takes to hit pipeline and revenue targets.
