The Role:

We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and people-smart Senior Brand Designer to help us level-up our brand experience. We’re a fast-paced startup, and you’ll be expected to operate cross-functionally with high autonomy and excellence. You will report to and be well supported by our Director of Marketing and will work closely with our small, but growing marketing team of 4.

You’ll be responsible to lead:

  • Design creation: Design high-quality landing pages, graphics, icons, interactive elements, marketing materials, sales collateral, email templates, videos, and more that drive engagement and align with our brand.
  • Creative direction: Create scroll-stopping and visually engaging content that enhances storytelling and captivates audiences.
  • Brand guidelines: Establish design systems and style guidelines that can be used to drive brand consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Design library: Develop and maintain libraries of reusable design components and templates across digital, web, and print for rapid iterations and easy customization across sales, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Design project management: Collaborate cross-functionally to lead design initiatives from concept to execution, balancing creativity with business objectives.
  • Video production: Work with the marketing team to drive video production from storyboarding to editing as needed.
  • Company brand: Serve as the go-to person for company merch and special company design needs.

Key Qualifications

The qualifications below are preferred but not required. We are open to hiring the right person regardless of background, education, or experience:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a designer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • You are proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and similar tools.
  • You have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques and an understanding of current design trends in the B2B industry.
  • You have a keen attention to detail and value pixel-perfect precision in your designs.
  • You have a strong understanding of print, video, web, and digital production best practices.
  • Your impeccable time-management skills allow you to multi-task and juggle several projects at once without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You share before ready and welcome feedback from stakeholders to improve your work.
  • You’re comfortable on a small team where we wear many hats, are low-ego, and do what it takes to support the team and hit revenue targets.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid work environment (we use Slack as our primary communication tool). Passionate team player willing to contribute to an empathetic and ambitious team culture.
  • Experience in B2B tech, HR, employee benefits, or fintech is valuable.
  • Experience in Webflow is a plus.
